We provide these services locally and regionally to via “BIM360 Design” a online cloud service through AutoDesk, Inc using Revit software. Since 2010, Kiskaddon + architects has provided construction documents services for a local design firm involved in the design of university athletics, and professional sports teams Hall of Fame museums and experiential spaces. Work has included projects for the Dallas Cowboys Training facility and multi-use retail site, Los Angeles Rams New Stadium Sales Center, Stanford University Hall of Fame, Penn State University, University of Tampa Spartans, and University of Texas, Austin. Kiskaddon Architects, PLC provided BIM modeling services from schematic design through construction documents for Mark Robin Architect. The services provided were for a new urban-infill Air BnB hotel. The unbuilt work is a six story concrete, stone, and brick structure with retail space at 2nd Avenue street level, and hotel space on the upper levels. The top level includes a rooftop outdoor terrace and restaurant tenant space.
